Morgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a prominent international fund services institution currently seeking an experienced professional for a DP, Operational Risk position.
The successful candidate will take on a pivotal second-line position, driving the day-to-day oversight of operational risk while ensuring the firm maintains a robust, effective, and regulator-compliant framework.
Primary Functions:

Operational Risk Oversight & Resilience: Enhance and embed the operational risk framework, monitoring key events. Own and oversee the implementation of DORA and operational resilience frameworks, ensuring appropriate control testing, incident escalation, and governance.

Risk Framework & Governance: Maintain and continuously enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework in alignment with CBI expectations. Update the risk register, manage Risk & Control Self-Assessments and Key Risk Indicators, and continuously improve risk reporting and analytics.

Delegate & Service Provider Oversight: Own the outsourcing framework, including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and performance oversight of outsourced service providers and delegates.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert to support senior management decision-making, providing guidance and training on risk policies, while building strong relationships across internal units and external partners.
