Mortgage Sales Advisor - Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) | Growing Financial Services Company | South Dublin

Are you a Mortgage Sales Advisor looking to join a growing financial services company in Dublin? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end mortgage process in a modern digital-first mortgage environment.

We are working with a rapidly expanding organisation based in South Dublin, offering a hybrid working model (2 days onsite per week). This role is perfect for a mortgage professional who excels in converting applications to completions and is passionate about delivering an exceptional digital mortgage experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full mortgage sales cycle, from customer application to mortgage completion.

• Provide proactive and reactive mortgage customer support via digital and remote communication.

• Achieve mortgage completion, drawdown, and conversion targets through excellent pipeline management.

• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to improve mortgage sales processes and customer experience.

• Identify and resolve process blockers to support efficient end-to-end mortgage delivery.

• Produce high-quality credit assessments and recommendations ahead of formal credit reviews.

• Generate additional business through personal networks alongside strong digital inbound leads.

• Report progress and outcomes to your Line Manager on a regular basis.

Experience & Requirements

• Strong experience in mortgage new business, including full end-to-end processing.

• APA Mortgages (minimum) - QFA or Professional Banker is highly desirable.

• Proven background in customer support across digital, phone, or remote channels.

• Solid understanding of the Irish mortgage regulatory environment.

• Experience collaborating with credit teams to progress mortgage applications.

• Demonstrated success in converting mortgage applications through to drawdown.

• A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
