My client is a fast-growing distribution and logistics organisation that is looking to build out their Marketing function in Ireland. They have identified a need for an individual contributor Marketing Specialist to join the organisation and provide strategic direction and bring innovative ideas to Marketing. Reporting into the C-suite, this role is an opportunity to fast-track your career and work with a growing organisation.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and roadmaps across campaigns, content, branding, and digital presence, including trade shows and industry events.

Create and manage marketing collateral for both digital and print channels, including website content, LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, and brochures.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels, championing an omnichannel approach and acting as a brand advocate within the organisation.

Partner closely with the Sales team to design and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns that effectively promote the organisation's products and services.

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant reporting tools.

Provide ad hoc marketing support to commercial teams as required.
The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a marketing role within a B2B environment.

Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, website, email marketing, and brand initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor within a marketing function.

Proficiency with marketing tools including HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn)- any experience implementing new analytics tools is also desirable.

Strong copywriting skills, with experience leveraging tools and platforms to develop engaging content.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and experience coordinating events and webinars.

Exposure to trade shows or B2B industry events is advantageous but not essential.

Full, valid driver's licence.
