Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid - 3 days in-office) Package: €50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
We are representing a rapidly scaling Irish technology consultancy specializing in Data, AI, and Enterprise Transformation. This is not a traditional BDR role; it is a high-impact, high-autonomy position at the heart of a growing organization.
You will be selling meaningful, high-value solutions-from Modern Data Platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) to Machine Learning enablement-to organizations looking to unlock measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Development: Build and manage a structured pipeline of net-new opportunities across key sectors.

Strategic Prospecting: Identify target accounts and engage decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Data.

Technical Engagement: Translate complex business challenges into relevant data and AI solutions.

Sales Collaboration: Support the full sales cycle, working closely with technical consultants and leadership on proposals.

Data-Driven Outreach: Maintain accurate tracking in Salesforce and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize results.
What We're Looking For

Experience: Proven background in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Technical Sales

Industry Knowledge: Experience selling technology, SaaS, cloud, or consulting services is highly desirable.

Communication: Excellent relationship-building skills with the confidence to discuss technical solutions.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a data-driven approach to prospecting.
