Our Client is searching for a Business developer. This is a customer-facing role to acquire new business. The ideal candidate would be driven, have experience in a sales role and thrive on finding and winning new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across Leinster.
- Identify, research, and engage prospective B2B customers in target industries.
- Build and manage your pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Deliver impactful presentations and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Close high-value rental agreements through consultative, solution-based selling.
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage prospects, activity, and reporting.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and wider sales team to meet growth targets.
Skills and qualifications
- Proven track record in sales.
- Sales mentality with the ability to self-motivate.
- Ability to analyse market trends, identify gaps, and develop entry strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Full clean driving license (required)
