Marketing Executive - 12 month FTC
A Marketing Executive (12 month contract) role has become available for a pharmaceuticals company located in Dublin South to cover maternity leave. This role is an entry level position for a candidate with 1-2 years Marketing experience. The purpose of this role is to plan, coordinate and follow up on multiple, wide ranging marketing and some administration activities, manage digital marketing activities, and projects for the Irish pharmaceuticals business.
Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for the administration of specific marketing projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with external agencies (advertising, creative, PR and digital) to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of marketing campaigns or website management.
- Support the team across all multi communication channels to include webinars, the company website, national face to face meetings.
- Lead in the management and ongoing content generation, updating the website. Ensure content is timely, is accurate, and has been adequately reviewed.
- Manage all customer queries that come into the office
- Support the team and country manager in the management of purchase orders, processing of sponsorships/meetings and invoice tracking.
- Continuously review department spend with a view to recommending / making cost efficiencies.
- Organise all internal meetings.
- Supply distributors sales, stock and other reports to the relevant personnel as required.
- Co-ordinate a broad number of administrative processes / corporate branding projects and sales data communication programs with a number of diverse stakeholders across sales and marketing
Skills & Requirements
- Entry level position - must have a degree in Marketing/Business/Communications
- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
- Proactive problem solving skills/able to work on own initiative
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience of managing multiple activities and prioritising own workload
- Project management skills
- Highly IT literate and experienced in the full suite of Microsoft office packages especially Excel.
- Excellent working knowledge of websites and all social media
