Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage Ecommerce Platforms: Oversee the performance of our ecommerce website and other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience that drives sales growth.
- Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and more, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- SEO, SEM, and Analytics: Optimize website content for search engines, manage paid advertising campaigns, and analyse web traffic and sales data to inform marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value through personalized marketing efforts and targeted communications.
- Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Experience managing a small team
- Proven experience in website optimization and conversion rate improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO tools
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data- driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
