Our South Dublin Legal firm is looking for a conveyancing and family law legal secretary to join their busy team!

They are a busy firm looking for a strong legal secretary who can help in a variety of different ares but mainly supporting the convyancing and family law solicitors.

This is a permanent full time position that is based fully onsite with access to the DART line and several major bus routes. This role would suit a candidate looking to grow their skills as a legal secretary but not looking to complete training around progressing to legal executive or solictor

Necessary skills

• Dictation and accurate document writing
• File and document management including scanning
• Familiar with all stages of conveyancing
• Experience in corporate law is also an advantage
• Fully onsite position
