    About the job

    This opportunity is part of an ongoing fleet and organizational expansion within an established aircraft leasing company. The role offers the chance to develop a successful career and gain significant exposure across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    The primary responsibility is supporting the transaction execution team in managing transactions like sales, acquisitions, leases, and financing, while maintaining departmental protocols and systems. Key tasks include:

    • Supporting transaction lawyers in project managing transactions through all phases (structuring, diligence, documentation, and closing).

    • Managing documentation, including creating bibles of documentation and ensuring the entire suite of transaction documents is contained in original sets and distributed on time.

    • Preparing drafts of certain primary transaction documents.

    • Maintaining the legal matters filing system and ensuring revised protocols are rolled out.

    • Running special projects (departmental, transactional, research).

    • Completing all appropriate filings, including forms with the Companies Registration Office, and attending a notary or Department of Foreign Affairs.

    Who You Are

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A university degree, preferably in law or business.

    • 2-3 years of experience in a financial services or legal environment.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills.

    • Commercial awareness.

    • The ability to work under their own initiative, take ownership of their area of responsibility, and meet deadlines.

    • Self-motivation and a keen interest in aviation.

    • Experience in aviation law is an advantage but is not essential.
