    Role: Learning and Development Consultant

    Duration: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

    Location: Dublin City Centre

    Our client is a large international Financial Services company, they are looking for a senior Learning & Development Consultant to design and deliver practical management and leadership development in a fast-paced, high-performance corporate environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work credibly with leaders, translate real business challenges into development that sticks, and deliver at pace.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and deliver high-impact management and leadership development.

    • Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to address real leadership challenges.

    • Own training programmes end-to-end: design, build, facilitate, refine.

    • Create pragmatic tools and resources that drive on-the-job impact.

    • Facilitate confidently across in-person and virtual settings.

    • Evolve content based on feedback and business needs.

    Requirements

    • 8-10+ years' relevant L&D experience in a similar large corporate environment.
    • Strong experience in leadership development within high-performance environments.

    • Confident facilitator with senior stakeholder credibility.

    • Practical, outcomes-focused approach (not theory-heavy).

    • Experience across feedback, performance management, critical conversations.

    • Highly organised and comfortable working at pace.

    • L&D, HR, Psychology or related qualification (coaching / psychometrics a plus)
