Title: Lead Systems Engineer - Teach Lead
Role: This role requires a seasoned IT professional to oversee and manage complex systems within the company.

Responsibilities:
System Management:
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Develops and implements system maintenance plans, including upgrades and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitors system health and performance metrics, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Team Leadership:
- Manages and mentors a team of systems engineers.
- Assigns tasks, provides guidance, and develops team members' skills.
- Fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Technical Support:
- Provides advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex issues.
- Coordinates troubleshooting efforts and escalates issues as needed.
- Develops knowledge base articles and training materials for end-users.
Project Management:
- Plans and executes IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Evaluates new technologies and recommends solutions to improve system efficiency.
Process Improvement:
- Identifies opportunities to improve system processes and workflows.
- Implements changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develops and maintains system documentation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in complex IT environments
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle on-call responsibilities
