Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday) - Daily Rate Contract
📍 Dublin | Hybrid
We're hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and optimise Workday across a global organisation.
This is a hands-on role focused on Workday configuration, security, and system optimisation, partnering closely with HR, Compensation and Talent teams to ensure smooth system functionality and a strong user experience.
You'll be working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with plenty of scope to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting and configuring Workday (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, Reporting)
* Managing workflows, security and system administration
* Partnering with senior stakeholders across HR and business teams
* Leading configuration, testing and deployment of new functionality
* Troubleshooting issues and carrying out root cause analysis
* Supporting integrations and ensuring accurate data flow
* Managing system updates, mass uploads and reporting
* Driving user adoption through training and change management
What you'll need
* Strong Workday configuration experience
* Experience across HCM workflows, security and system administration
* Ability to manage stakeholders and work cross-functionally
* Experience with system testing, deployments and troubleshooting
* Strong understanding of HR systems and data flows
* 3+ years' experience in HRIS, IT or related environment
Nice to have
* Experience in a global organisation
* ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
* Experience with integrations and reporting
* Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills
