HR Business Partner – 6-Month Contract
Location: Dublin City Centre (Onsite, 5 days per week)
Start Date: Immediate
I am excited to be working with a great client of ours, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a six-month contract. This is a senior, hands-on position where you'll take ownership of critical HR projects, lead compliance initiatives, and drive organisational change during an exciting period of transformation.
You will manage a small HR team and work closely with senior leadership to ensure the HR function is responsive, strategic, and fully aligned with organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks to ensure best practice and organisational alignment.
- Continuously monitor legislative and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on HR practices and updating policies in a timely and proactive manner.
- Provide expert, legally informed guidance to managers and HR colleagues on complex compliance and employee relations matters.
- Ensure all HR procedures are consistent, transparent, and fully compliant with employment law, fostering a culture of fairness and accountability.
- Lead compliance and policy training programmes, ensuring managers and employees understand, adopt, and apply HR policies effectively.
- Analyse emerging HR trends and workforce data, presenting strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Support HRIS implementation and other people systems projects, ensuring seamless integration, user adoption, and process improvement.
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructures, by providing HR expertise and ensuring compliance throughout.
- Partner on key HR projects, working collaboratively across the business to deliver high-impact outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience as a HR Business Partner.
- Proven HR management experience with broad exposure to compliance, employee relations, and organisational development.
- A strong track record in implementing HR systems or supporting digital transformation projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation and policy best practice.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Availability to work onsite in Dublin City Centre, five days per week, with an immediate or short notice period.
