Job Title: HR Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will have a key role in ensuring we can continue to deliver on our strategic objectives which include attracting, retaining and developing current employees. This role will support the HR Operations team and will focus on employee experience and integrity acting as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality data entry, maintenance and updating of information, ensuring a high level of data integrity is achieved in relation to all employee data.
- Become an expert user of the HRIS from a HR perspective to the point where system knowledge can be shared with team members.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining queries from HR Operations mailbox and providing insights via analysis and usage statistics
- Support the interactions across the HR Operations and Payroll teams to ensure changes to employee terms and conditions and onboarding details are communicated in a timely manner.
- Own and manage specific administrative tasks in the team eg. onboarding, offboarding, work permits and visa, Purchase Orders, protected leave.
Requirements
- Relevant experience within a corporate operational environment
- HR Operations experience
- Ability to tactfully handle confidential data
- Good knowledge of HRIS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in all MS Office applications, notably MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
