The Mission
You will own the technology strategy and execution behind their AI-enabled operating platform, including:
- AI-powered products and intelligent agents
- Data platforms and analytics capability
- Product engineering delivery
- Cloud architecture and security

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technology roadmap and engineering delivery.
- Design and deliver AI-powered workflows, automation and decision-support tools.
- Own cloud, data architecture, quality, governance and scalability.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to ensure technology solves real business problems.
- Build a high-performing engineering culture across internal teams and external partners.
- Establish practical standards for security, documentation and delivery.
About You
You are likely to be:
- An AI-first technical builder who uses modern AI tools daily.
- A strong engineer with experience across backend, cloud and data platforms.
- Someone who has led engineering teams or product-focused technical squads.
- Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on delivery.
- Commercially minded and able to explain technical ideas simply.
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and motivated by building something meaningful.
