Head of Finance - Not for Profit - Dublin South - Hybrid

This is a key Leadership role at the heart of a Not for Profit organisation.

This role will be replacing a much-valued colleague who served in the role for a number of years. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional person to make impact and lead a diverse team in a supportive, value-led culture.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Head of Finance is responsible for reporting and overseeing the financial operations, leading the financial strategy and ensuring financial compliance across the organisation. The person will lead and develop a diverse team ensuring they are providing the necessary support to the wider organisation.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with at least 10 years of financial experience and over 5 years in a Senior Leadership position
• Excellent Operational experience across the full finance and support function
• A passionate leader with the desire and experience to manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Previous experience in a charity or not for profit organisation (desirable, but not essential)
