Group Financial Controller - Tech

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all entities.
• Lead the preparation of consolidated group financial statements and compliance reporting.
• Manage and coordinate external financial and tax audits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing implementation, and global accounting policies.
• Drive ERP improvements focused on financial controls, month-end automation, and audit readiness, in coordination with Finance Ops.
• Lead the accounting and reporting team across global entities. Ensure clarity of responsibilities between FP&A and Operational Finance teams.

The successful candidate must have:

• An Accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Consolidation experience required
• Proven experience managing international audits and tax compliance.
• Statutory reporting in a SaaS or technology company is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.
