As a Global Solutions Associate, you will build and influence critical relationships across immediate teams, specialized Product Areas, and cross-organizational divisions (including Senior and Group Product Managers). This role is vital in supporting key decisions that maximize strategic benefits for both the business and its global customer base.
You will drive high-impact outcomes for large-scale or multiple smaller projects by translating market and customer needs into functional product requirements, delivering critical insights, and creating core materials to enable successful sales execution. Navigating high-complexity environments, you will leverage your knowledge of product areas, the competitive landscape, consumer trends, and advertiser perspectives to find the optimal path for tactical strategy execution.

Hybrid Commitment: Full ability to commit to the onsite schedule in the Dublin office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
Core Industry Experience: Proven experience within the advertising technology (Ad Tech) industry and active, hands-on involvement in go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Independent Execution: A demonstrated ability to independently create, own, and execute comprehensive project plans from start to finish.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and building relationships across diverse teams to achieve project goals.
Product Launches: Drive the structuring of alphas and betas, determine launch readiness, collaborate with marketing and internal teams to launch, and directly drive product adoption with minimal guidance.
Strategic Mapping: Identify and map macro themes, determine value propositions, and perform sales prioritization using standard commercial tools and opportunity frameworks (e.g., BFM, PRPs, MOs, rOPPSs).
Market Analysis: Lead and conduct market and competitive analysis, define product market strategy informed by customer feedback, create strategic opportunity documentation, and capture longer-term business needs.
Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the development of product prioritization plans and roadmaps, drive the shaping of products and internal tools, and manage cross-functional, cross-portfolio initiatives.
