Financial Analyst

Our client are a leading Irish energy and retail group and they are looking for a Financial Analyst to join them on their digital transformation journey as they harness the power of their new data lake technology.

This will initially be a 12 month contract.

They are looking for someone who thrives on using tools like Power BI and Excel to create impactful reports and unlock commercial opportunities.

With offices based in Dublin 1, they are operating with a hybrid working model (3 days onsite) and are offering a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimise financial dashboards and reports
• Deliver insights through variance and trend analysis
• Collaborate with Retail, Sales Support, and IT to ensure data accuracy
• Track KPIs and support strategic decision-making across the business

Minimum Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified) with 2+ years' experience
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A commercial mindset and excellent communication skills
