Finance Business Partner

Our client, a leading global provider of mobility solutions, best known for its vehicle rental services, are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their fleet operations team.

With offices in North Dublin, they are operating with a hybrid working model and offering a competitive salary, bonus and pension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to deliver commercial targets and strategic goals.
• Drive financial performance through insightful analysis, variance tracking, and action planning.
• Lead the monthly reporting process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Forecasting, KPIs).
• Support procurement in OEM negotiations and cost optimisation strategies.
• Oversee planning and ensure alignment with business and financing strategies.
• Deliver treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, financing, and bank relationship management.
• Ensure financial controls, risk management, and compliance across fleet activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in fleet management, asset-heavy industries, or treasury operations is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
