We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions across the organization. The successful candidate will partner cross-functionally with finance and operational teams to deliver high-quality financial insights and ensure compliance with accounting and tax requirements.
Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial scenarios
Support month-end close activities and quarterly budget/planning cycles
Provide financial decision support and consultancy to business functions, teams, and departments
Conduct financial analysis and modelling, including "what-if" scenario analysis
Implement and monitor productivity metrics to support management reporting and operational efficiency
Communicate financial trends, risks, and business implications to functional leaders and stakeholders
Support local and corporate projects, including process improvement initiatives
Assist with accounting and tax activities, including:
Corporate tax
VAT
Withholding Tax
CSO filings
Monthly variance tracking and reporting
Liaise with Accounting, Tax, Operations Consolidation FP&A, Site FP&A teams, and business functions
Provide support during internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with local accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards
Support project implementation activities
Contribute to finance business process improvements and issue resolution
Assist with reporting and planning systems including SAP, Hyperion, and EDW
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role, preferably within an international environment
Experience in:
Cost accounting
Budgeting and forecasting
VAT within and outside the EU
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
High proficiency in:
SAP
Hyperion
Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, local taxes, and finance systems/processes
MBA and/or CPA qualification highly desirable
Experience within Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industries preferred
Experience with SAP, EDW, Hyperion planning and reporting tools
Ability to integrate financial expertise with business strategy to develop recommendations
