Field Service Technician - Multiple Sectors
We are currently looking for a number of technicians across different sectors.
Whether you come from a laundry equipment background, have experience in the laboratory sector, or currently work in the medical industry, we are interested in speaking with you.

The Role
- Your working day begins from home, with your service vehicle pre-stocked with the required replacement parts.
- You'll travel to a variety of customer sites, including dental practices, hospitals, laboratories, commercial facilities, and other specialist environments.
- You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, ensuring faults are resolved efficiently.
- Once work is completed, you'll generate service documentation electronically before moving on to your next customer.
- At the end of the day, you'll return home in your company vehicle, as this is a field-based role with home as your base location.
What We're Looking For
- A recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related discipline (technical college, apprenticeship, or equivalent).
- Full UK (Category B) driving licence.
- Comfortable using laptops and digital service systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively while also managing your own workload.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience within the laundry equipment, laboratory, or medical equipment sectors is highly desirable.
- Experience with sterilisation equipment within laboratory or healthcare environments would be advantageous.
- Qualifications relating to equipment validation, including those obtained through recognised specialist training providers, would be beneficial.
