Your Job: Associate Event Program Manager provides executional support on key components of strategic initiatives to deliver on business requirements in a fast-paced, ever-evolving competitive marketplace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and execute integrated marketing plans for strategic initiatives including but not limited to, internal meetings, proprietary programs, industry events, and other unique client experiences
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines, daily/monthly reporting, speaker coordination, post-event follow-up, lead capture, budget management, handling in/out-bound materials and event documentation.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization and the on-the-ground team to ensure event execution runs smoothly
- Manage budgets exercising fiscal responsibility and conservative resource allocation
- Gather information and analyze data to create project plans, dashboards, and schedules
- Identifying opportunities for driving scale and efficiencies across strategic initiatives
- Research industry best practices and audience behaviors to choose appropriate marketing mediums to impact outreach, acquisition, engagement, and understanding among event attendees
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience in trade show, meetings and/or conference event management role at a large company, non-profit, association or event agency experience
- Experience coordinating work of meeting planners, content developers, designers, creative services, writers, and vendors
- Core skills should include accurate time estimating, identifying dependencies and resources/cost estimates, and experience presenting and communicating findings to a variety of stakeholders, including senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
- Fluent in Google Applications, Apple Applications, project management systems, Marketo, CRMs and Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software as needed
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
