EHS Advisor - Construction

EHS Advisor (Dublin City Centre)

We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our client's team in Dublin City Centre. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be essential to the safe and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Health and Safety Manager.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and company requirements.
• Implement and maintain the Safety Management System.
• Conduct site inspections/audits and report findings.
• Identify training needs and report to the EHS Manager.
• Organize and chair Safety Meetings.
• Review and assist with sub-contractor Method Statements/Risk Assessments.
• Assist with accident/incident investigation reports.
• Submit weekly reports.
• Perform daily site walks and report findings to supervisors.
• Advise and assist site teams in drafting Safe Plans of Action.

Skills and Requirements:

• Relevant 3rd Level EHS qualification.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the Construction Sector preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
