Director of Service Delivery - Strategic Technology Transformation

We're looking for a Director of Service Delivery to lead the transition of major enterprise programs into stable, scalable operations-and to help shape the long-term direction of service excellence across the business.
This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong track record of delivery in complex enterprise environments, particularly where ERP systems, cloud platforms, and global service functions intersect.
Responsibilites:

Lead the service transition of large-scale tech programs into operational readiness

Establish and evolve service delivery models, governance structures, and support frameworks

Oversee performance, risk, and compliance across systems and providers

Drive operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across global teams
Key experience:

10+ years of experience in service delivery, technology operations, or related leadership roles

Hands-on experience managing transitions from project to operations in complex enterprise environments

Deep familiarity with enterprise platforms (ERP, cloud), service frameworks (ITIL, DevOps), and performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs)

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology

Experience building or scaling service functions across geographies and vendors
