About the Role

Requirement

✅ Previous customer service or client support experience preferre

✅ Strong communication, phone handling, and active listening skill

✅ Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different situations and personalitie

✅ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill

✅ Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time management abilitie
