We are currently hiring on behalf of our client based in Dublin 2 for a Customer Service Agent. This is a hybrid role with career progression opportunities in the motor insurance industry
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people. This position offers a fantastic in person training programme and will progress into a hybrid working model once you are fully set up and ready to go.
Working hours: You will work on a flexible rotational basis covering the core business hours 7am - 12am. Shifts will be 7.5 hours each day and there will be some weekend work involved with overtime pay!
Salary: Starting from €26,400 with shift premiums and opportunities to earn overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with time sensitive issues
- Working closely with other departments to ensure quick resolutions
- Meeting KPI's and performance targets
- Handling objections and resolving customer cases
- Working closely with your colleagues to identify process improvement areas
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a Customer Service role
- Exceptional communications skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and think fast in urgent situations
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
- Available to start onsite on August 11th
