DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Introduction to the Role:
Our hiring partners are seeking a Contracts Manager with a legal background to manage the contractual aspects of the Consolidated Contact Centre (CCC) operations. The preferred candidate will have experience in contract administration, compliance, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. Working closely with the CCC Manager, the Contracts Manager will oversee the monitoring of contract deliverables and payments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to public transport customers and operators.
The primary function of the Contracts Manager is to manage suppliers contracted to provide and operate the CCC. Responsibilities include developing processes to oversee ongoing supplier performance assessment, managing supplier-related operational issues, and resolving disputes. This role is integral in supporting CCC Operations and requires collaboration with Operations Management to ensure effective service delivery, project support, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, the ability to present alternative views under pressure, and the flexibility to adapt to changing agendas and priorities.
