A leading membership body is seeking to fill a newly formed, permanent, full-time position for a Governance and Executive Support professional in Dublin, with hybrid working available upon agreement. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who has supported senior leadership teams and managed key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Governance and Compliance:
Supporting the development of and ensuring compliance with rules for member admission, transfers, resignations, and reinstatement.
Monitoring adherence to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements, managing audits, and advising members on their obligations.
Administering disciplinary or complaints procedures.
Managing updates to statutory registers and filings, including with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) and Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO).
Supporting the creation, review, and implementation of internal policies, such as Data Protection and Health & Safety.
Supporting the Risk Committee in monitoring and reporting on compliance with internal policies and controls.
Executive Support:
Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for the Council and other key professional committees.
Taking minutes, drafting resolutions, and following up on actions from meetings.
Supporting the delivery of strategic priorities set by the Council and Senior Management.
Assisting in preparing papers for and coordinating Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
Providing administrative support, including coordinating insurance coverage and renewals, managing requests from other professional bodies, tracking consultation deadlines, supporting submission processes, and submitting returns to the Lobbying Register.
Supporting the senior management team with key administrative tasks generally.
