    The IP Team

    The IP team is one of the largest international IP teams globally. It boasts unparalleled contentious and non-contentious capabilities across all IP rights, including trademarks, patents, copyright, database rights, confidential information, and data privacy. They advise on IP protection, enforcement, strategic management, valuation, and monetization for a diverse client base.     Key Responsibilities

    As a member of this growing team, you will:

    • Advise on and act in high-value IP litigation across various IP rights (patents, trademarks, designs, copyright).
    • Advise on AI and associated risk management issues.
    • Support a "client first" service level.
    • Assist IP Partners in practice development.
    • Support firm and Dublin office strategic objectives.
    • Contribute to business development, client relationships, and network growth (including potential secondments).

    About You

    The successful candidate will have excellent academic achievement and a strong desire to develop technical IP law knowledge. Key qualifications include:

    • Ability to work efficiently on complex IP and AI matters with senior colleagues.
    • Some experience in complex IP litigation is desirable.
    • Desire to work in an international, team-based firm.
    • Clear understanding of a leading commercial law firm's operations.
    • Genuine interest in developing a career in AI, a fast-growing area for the Dublin IP team.
