The main responsibilities will include:
- To provide administrative support on the BOTP helpdesk ticket system.
- Triage, respond and forward tickets as appropriate in a timely manner.
- On-going familiarisation with new and updated policies and protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office i.e. excel spreadsheets, word etc.

Key Requirements include:
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office
- Personally reliable and trustworthy
- Previous experience in a similar environment desirable
Terms and conditions:
- Hourly rate €15.76 which is a yearly salary of €30,330.
- 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Hybrid Model (1/2 days in Office depending on the team)
