We are seeking a highly experienced Administrator to provide crucial support to a HR Business Partner during a significant unit restructure for a well-known public sector client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills to contribute to a key project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to HR Business Partner overseeing a complex restructure
- Reviewing and managing complex spreadsheets, templates, and handling a high volume of documents and emails
- Liaising with staff on sensitive HR issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Managing multiple tasks with efficiency, meeting tight project deadlines
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documents and data handling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable dealing with sensitive matters
- Highly organised, able to handle a large workload and multi-task effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to meet project milestones and deliverables
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in HR administration is highly beneficial.
- 4+ years of administration or previous clerical officer experience is essential.
