We are seeking an experienced professional with strong Irish mortgage operational knowledge and a background in project delivery within an operational environment. This role sits within a large regulatory change programme focused on implementing updated Consumer Protection Code (CPC) requirements, particularly in relation to vulnerable customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and enhancement of operational processes, procedures and controls, including interim manual processes.
- Work closely on vulnerable customer processes within the mortgage business line.
- Support documentation, process mapping, testing and change implementation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Legal, Product, Communications and Operation.
Experience Required
- Background in project or programme delivery within operations.
- Proven ability to understand, amend and optimise processes and controls
- Prior experience in mortgages or regulated financial services is a must.
