    Morgan McKinley are partnering with a leading global organization undergoing an ambitious, multi-year technology transformation program. As part of this continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

    This position offers the opportunity to play a key role within a complex transformation initiative, operating within the Project Management Office and providing critical oversight across multiple delivery streams.

    Role Overview
    The Automation Test Lead will be responsible for coordinating testing activities across several concurrent projects delivered through Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

    The successful candidate will adopt an "Automation-First" mindset, ensuring automation frameworks and governance structures are effectively established and maintained.

    This role provides high visibility across the organization and requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate automation and test activities across multiple projects.
    • Define and implement robust automation strategies and frameworks for both UI and API testing.
    • Support governance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within the Test Function.
    • Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure test milestones are achieved to defined quality standards.
    • Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting, maintaining alignment with project timelines.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to functional and automation test teams.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards (e.g., GxP or ISO).

    Candidate Profile

    • 6+ years' experience as an Automation Test Lead in large-scale enterprise environments.
    • Proven experience coordinating test teams across multiple concurrent projects.
    • Advanced scripting skills in C# and experience with REST API testing.
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and BDD/ATDD methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of the SDLC and STLC across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
    • Experience within regulated or compliance-driven environments advantageous.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
    • ISTQB certification or equivalent qualifications desirable.
