A leading provider of investment and pensions advice in Ireland is seeking an Assistant Financial Advisor to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities: Primary duties (80% of time):
- Manage new investment and pension applications
- Administer group pension and benefits schemes
- Prepare presentations, reports, and advice for clients
- Progress towards advising clients on pensions and investments via various channels
- Handle customer inquiries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Additional duties (20% of time):
- Identify business development opportunities
- Support compliance and administrative needs
- Contribute to process improvements
- Assist in developing sales proposals and presentations
- Participate in strategic initiatives and marketing activities, including Pensions Awareness Week
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Financial Advisor preferred; APA considered
- 3+ years of experience in investments and pensions
- Strong time management, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working Environment:
- 37.5-hour workweek
- Central Dublin location with occasional remote work
- Reporting to the Head of Client Services
- Adaptable in a fast-growing company
