Internal Account Sales Manager
An established provider of vehicle finance solutions is seeking an Internal Account Manager to support sales growth and strengthen relationships with a network of dealer partners.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this primarily office-based role supports field sales colleagues while developing dealer performance through account management, training support, and proactive engagement. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary contact for dealer partners, providing day-to-day support and guidance.
- Support field-based account managers with dealer engagement, sales activity, and account administration.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through pipeline management and opportunity follow-up.
- Coordinate and support dealer training on products, processes, and systems.
- Conduct regular outbound calls to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and activity updates within CRM systems.
- Support dealer onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- APA or CIP qualification a distinct advntage.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Confident using CRM systems, data, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in sales support, account management, financial services, automotive, or dealer environments is desirable.
- Relevant financial services qualifications are advantageous, or willingness to work towards required professional certifications.
