Account Manager (French Speaking)
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week)
Contract: 11-Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Account Manager to join a leading global technology and digital advertising organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of established mid-market clients, helping them grow through innovative digital advertising solutions, AI-powered technologies, and strategic account management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, increasing product adoption, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across a diverse portfolio of retail and digital-native businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Support clients in maximising the value of digital advertising solutions and emerging technologies.
Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve business performance and campaign outcomes.
Promote adoption of new products and services.
Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and strategic consultations.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role.
Hands-on experience within digital advertising, online marketing, social media advertising, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience analysing data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency with AI tools and technologies, including the ability to interpret and apply AI-generated insights.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, native advertising, or programmatic advertising solutions.
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or customer outcomes.
Understanding of responsible AI practices and emerging AI technologies.
