Get to know the division you could be joining
This is a super opportunity to join our busy and successful Business Support recruitment team. You will have the opportunity to help build, grow and develop our Business Support division, recruiting for a wide range of Business Support roles across Temporary and Permanent assignments and managing a team of consultants. Our Business Support team has been in operation for over 30 years and has proudly been home to a record number of Top Billing recruiters. This exciting opportunity has arisen because one of our hugely successful Top Billers, (who has achieved many internal rewards for being Top of our Global League Tables), is going travelling. It is a high volume, fast paced, lucrative desk which will afford you the opportunity to become Top Biller too!
Your role as a Team Leader
● Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets
● Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking
● Interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates
● Business development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls
● Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
● Preparing candidates and clients for interview
● Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
● Completing all candidate and client information on database system
● Ensuring all information is kept up to date
What we are looking for
● Proven experience of working in agency recruitment or in sales, but we are open to ambitious people with other backgrounds who are willing to learn.
● Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
● Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
● Professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team player
● Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
