Your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-calibre Recruitment Consultants across a range of specialist areas to support Morgan McKinley’s ongoing global growth.

Responsibilities include:
- Proactively source and headhunt experienced and emerging Recruitment Consultants
- Advertise internal opportunities across job boards, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms
- Screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination
- Manage and grow inbound applications and employee referrals
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, culture, and business goals
- Own the full recruitment process from outreach to offer
- Building proactive talent pools for future needs via targeted sourcing campaigns
- Promote our employer brand through networking, creative outreach, and engagement initiatives
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through market mapping and relationship management
- Contribute to talent strategy initiatives and continuous improvement of internal hiring processes
- Upholding strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information, particularly regarding salary benchmarks, individual compensation packages, and internal equity discussions. This includes ensuring that all conversations with hiring managers remain discreet and handled with professionalism to maintain trust and integrity throughout the recruitment process.
What we are looking for
- 1+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience advertising roles on job boards and LinkedIn, and managing inbound applications and referral channels
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and capable of working autonomously
- Skilled at taking detailed job briefs from internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and aligned hiring strategies
- Confident in building targeted hiring campaigns and projects on LinkedIn to attract niche talent
- A people-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a proactive approach to identifying top talent
- Motivated by goals and thrives in a target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
