HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team to deliver on the companys People Strategy. This is a great opportunity for a capable HR professional with 3-5 years' experience in a similar generalist role, ready to take the next step in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You will contribute across key areas including recruitment, retention, reward, and HR compliance, while helping to shape a positive, high-performance culture across the Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

People Strategy Support

• Support the Senior Leadership Team in implementing the Firm's People Strategy.

Recruitment

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain relationships with universities and professional accountancy bodies to develop Internship and Graduate Programmes.

Retention & Development

• Support managers with the performance management process.

• Coordinate and facilitate employee learning and development initiatives.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture across the organisation.

Reward

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

HR Compliance & Administration

• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in line with current employment law.

• Provide guidance and support to managers on a wide range of HR-related matters.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist role.

• HR qualified

• CIPD membership is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.

• Proven experience supporting recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
