Joining a global Clinical Technology team, this role provides essential support for the digital tools used in scientific and regulatory document management. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional with approximately 2 years of experience in technical support or systems management who is looking to build a career in the life sciences sector. You will assist in ensuring that clinical systems remain compliant, validated, and efficient for global users.
Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Assist in the day-to-day administration and stewardship of tools used for scientific and regulatory document creation.
- Compliance Documentation: Support the creation and update of quality documentation, ensuring systems meet required risk classifications and validation standards.
- User & Vendor Support: Act as a point of contact for system users and work with external vendors to resolve technical issues and improve the customer experience.
- Operational Reporting: Assist in gathering system metrics and delivering progress reports to team leadership and process owners.
- Audit Support: Provide administrative and technical assistance during internal audits and external inspections.
- Process Improvement: Participate in identifying system risks and suggesting improvements to current workflows and requirements management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience in a system support, technical helpdesk, or business systems role.
- Compliance Awareness: Basic exposure to or knowledge of regulated environments (such as GxP or Quality Management Systems) is highly desirable.
- Technical Writing: Ability to assist in drafting technical documentation, FAQs, or system guides.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to diagnosing root causes of technical issues and identifying corrective actions.
