The Supply Chain Assistant supports the efficient coordination of purchasing, inventory, and logistics activities. This role ensures accurate processing of orders, timely supplier communication, and up-to-date supply chain records.
Raise and track purchase orders
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment
Track deliveries and liaise with suppliers
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems
Good attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (1+ year preferred)
Familiarity with ERP systems advantageous
