Summer Temporary Opportunities - Administration & Office Support | Cork
We're recruiting for a variety of temporary office support and administration opportunities across Cork City and surrounding suburbs throughout July, August and September.
With increased demand over the summer months, we're seeking reliable and adaptable candidates who are available for everything from single-day cover to short-term assignments and longer contracts.

Pay: €15-€18 per hour (depending on experience and assignment)
Location: Cork City & surrounding suburbs
Duration: Flexible opportunities including one-day assignments, holiday cover, weekly placements, and contracts of up to 3 months or more.
Availability: Due to the immediate nature of these assignments, priority will be given to candidates who are available to start immediately or within one week's notice. Please note that these opportunities are not suitable for candidates with longer notice periods or those requiring relocation.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- General administration and office support
- Data entry and document management
- Reception and front-of-house cover
- Scheduling, diary management and coordination
- Customer service and telephone support
- Filing, scanning and general office duties
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Previous administration, customer service or office-based experience (preferred)
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable, flexible approach with availability for short-notice and planned assignments
