Job Overview
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Full Stack Solution Architect to lead their R&D innovation team. In this role, the successful candidate will serve as the technical visionary, translating business concepts and research into robust, future-proof architectures. This is a highly impactful, 80% hands-on full stack coding and architecture role focused on designing, building, and evolving modern, scalable SaaS solutions. The architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of advanced cloud, mobile, and AI/ML technologies across the entire application lifecycle.

Responsibilities
-
Hands-on Full Stack Architecture & Development: Dedicate approximately 80% of the time to actively coding, prototyping, and implementing end-to-end solutions across the client's core Azure, C#, .NET backend, and modern frontend technologies.

Drive Innovation: Lead research and development initiatives, evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to keep the client's platforms ahead of the curve.

End-to-End Design: Define and own the complete full stack solution architecture, spanning user interfaces, frontend/mobile apps, backend services, data architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

AI/ML Integration: Architect and integrate advanced intelligence solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment, and inference services.

Mobile & Frontend Leadership: Provide technical direction for user experience implementation, product features, and mobile application development across iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks.

Collaboration & Standards: Partner with product management, research, and engineering teams to transform concepts into production-ready software while establishing architectural standards, patterns, and full stack best practices.

System Integrity: Ensure all layers of the application meet stringent non-functional requirements including UI performance, security, scalability, availability, and cloud compliance.

DevOps & CI/CD: Guide engineering teams on modern DevOps, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches.
Requirements
Essential Experience & Skills

Architectural Expertise: 4+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Technical Architect, or a similar role, with a strong background designing full stack SaaS and cloud-native architectures.

Strong Full Stack Fluency: Deep, hands-on development expertise in C# and .NET, alongside language-agnostic, full stack engineering capabilities and an excellent understanding of modern web and frontend architecture.

Azure Cloud Mastery: Direct experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, AKS, Functions, Azure AI, Data services, DevOps).

AI & Machine Learning: Practical experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a strong foundational understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based systems.

Modern Backend & Mobile Design: Robust knowledge of microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, relational databases, and mobile application architectures.

Security & Compliance: A solid grasp of full stack security best practices, identity management, and compliance standards within cloud environments.

Communication & Methodologies: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders within an Agile software development framework.
