Software Project Manager, AI Delivery

Contract role, Cork based with onsite requirement of 3 days a week.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Agile/Scrum) to lead the delivery of software and AI-driven initiatives. This contract role requires strong project management fundamentals, hands-on Agile and Scrum delivery experience, and a proven track record of delivering AI or data-led solutions into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software and AI initiatives
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team performance
• Work closely with engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders
• Remove delivery impediments and manage delivery risks proactively
• Ensure solutions are delivered to agreed timelines, quality, and outcomes

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering software projects
• Strong Agile and Scrum Master experience in delivery environments
• Solid project management fundamentals
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, machine learning, or advanced data solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced contract delivery environments
• Experience delivering AI solutions into production
