Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Fermoy
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
- Process and invoice workshop jobs in accordance with company procedures.
- Handle warranty claims efficiently and effectively.
- Establish and manage maintenance contracts with customers.
- Coordinate and maintain connectivity agreements with customers.
- Provide timely responses to all customer and colleague inquiries.
- Ensure closure of all queries by the end of each day without delay.
- Collaborate closely with the Workshop Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience in the motor trade is preferred.
- Proficiency in dealing with invoices and numerical data entry is essential.
- Excel proficiency is a must.
- Customer support experience is required.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
