Our client is a global pharmaceutical leader who is seeking a Senior Specialist to manage, optimise, and help transform their global Travel & Expense (T&E), Corporate Card, and Purchasing Card (PCard) programs.
Reporting to the Global T&E Operational Lead, you will combine hands-on operational expertise with modern data analytics, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions. You will act as a key deputy-driving compliance, elevating the employee experience, and introducing intelligent workflows across a global footprint.
Key Responsibilities

Global T&E Operations: Support and optimise Concur and related systems; serve as the main escalation point for complex global T&E issues; oversee policy compliance, month-end accruals, and exception management.

Corporate & Purchasing Card Programs: Administer global card lifecycles (onboarding, limit reviews, MCC controls, and reconciliations); partner with international banking providers to streamline processes and manage risk.

Process Automation & AI Innovation: Act as an AI ambassador by integrating tools like Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate to streamline audit effectiveness, eliminate manual effort, and build intelligent workflows.

Data Analytics & Governance: Build executive dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI/Tableau; analyse spend data to spot anomalies, reduce risk, and track SLAs, KPIs, and compliance metrics.

Stakeholder Support & Education: Provide expert policy guidance, lead global employee training initiatives, and partner cross-functionally across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT.
Required Experience & Qualifications

3-5 years experience in T&E, Corporate Card, and PCard management, alongside hands-on experience with Concur and SAP.

Strong experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Procurement Operations within a global corporate environment.

Proficiency with visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Advanced Excel) and exposure to AI/automation solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, RPA, or AppZen).

Demonstrated ability to leverage data to solve complex problems, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and lead process improvement initiatives.
