Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end close and financial reporting process
- Ensure financial compliance and integrity
- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Contribute to strategic initiatives within the finance function
- Support audits and financial reviews
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple regions
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 8+ years of experience in a multinational company
- Proven people leadership and management skills
- Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of GAAP and local statutory requirements
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
