Role: Quality Analyst & Document Controller
Overview:
This is a dynamic and multifaceted position within the Quality department, supporting the Quality, Logistics, and Commercial teams, as well as working closely with the Technical & Compliance Manager and Central Technical Co-ordinator.
The role combines quality control, documentation management, projects and administrative responsibilities, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical and Quality Support:
- Provide technical documentation and support for the Commercial and Logistics teams, including completion of questionnaires, statements, certificates, COAs, shelf-life assessments, and other required documentation.
- Quality Control Analysis:
- Conduct routine and non-routine QC testing on incoming product samples from external manufacturing partners.
- Review and document QC results daily, ensuring all data meets required specifications.
- Maintain and update QC tracking tools (e.g., weekly batch analysis overview) to communicate production status and release information to relevant teams.
- Laboratory Management:
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, troubleshoot analytical instruments, and ensure adequate supply of consumables and materials.
- Assist with general lab upkeep, record keeping, and data integrity.
- Documentation Control:
- Manage and update quality documentation, including SOPs, Change Controls, and related systems to ensure all documents remain current and compliant.
- Customer & Team Support:
- Respond to customer technical queries and assist in investigating quality or product-related issues.
- Provide cover for Technical Team members during holidays, audits, or site visits.
- R&D and Project Administration:
- Support ongoing R&D and Quality projects, including documentation and coordination for grant-funded initiatives and R&D Tax Credit activities.
- Quality System Support:
- Participate in internal audits and assist with quality compliance activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
