Procurement Administrator
Morgan McKinley are proud to present a exciting six month opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team, contributing to important procurement activities within a structured and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of organising and maintaining procurement and third-party risk documentation, including vendor contracts, tenders, and risk assessments, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Maintain up-to-date records in procurement systems and spreadsheets, capturing key supplier and contract information, meeting notes, and compliance activities.
- Draft and manage routine correspondence with internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting seamless coordination across teams.
- Assist with the oversight of vendor contracts and risk assessments, working closely with internal teams to ensure effective third-party engagement.
- Help the team follow best practices in managing suppliers and third-party relationships, making sure everything is in line with company standards and industry requirements
Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project-based initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration as needed.
- Assist in reviewing and updating procurement and third-party risk policies, procedures, and SOPs on an annual basis.
